Our plasma cutting table has an integrated six-head CNC drilling station that can produce precisely drilled and cut parts in one single step. All in the same process, we can drill, tap, countersink, bevel, and more. That enables us to produce your parts faster while maintaining quality and consistency.
3. It Features Built-In Oxy Fuel Cutting Head
Thanks to an oxy fuel cutting head, our plasma cutting machine can cut thicker pieces of metal. Whereas traditional plasma cutting only cuts up to 2 inches in thickness, the oxy fuel head allows us to cut stock as thick as 7.87 inches. That’s a big difference, and quite an advantage when you need thick parts quickly.
4. It Has a 3D “Tilt-Cutting” Plasma Head
Our plasma cutting table has a cutting head that pivots to achieve complex geometries other equipment can’t produce. It bevels, notches, and chamfers as the cutting head tilts to varying angles to make parts with unique and precise shapes.
