Our in-house resources mean we can handle large and complex projects requiring the tightest tolerances with extreme precision. This includes components machined for the most demanding applications, such as parts that need to maintain integrity against high pressures and heat, for instance.

Just what kind of technology does our machining shop offer?

CNC Lathe
We use a Mazak Quickturn MSY lathe in-house. The MSY configuration provides us with the most versatility on the market. The machine features milling capability and Y-axis functionality as well as a second turning spindle for complete parts in one process.

CNC Machining Centers
Our in-house CNC milling machines produce consistently tight tolerances, creating quality components from various metals and alloys, including stainless steel, aluminum and carbon steel.
