Save Time
Instead of cutting the body of this exhaust system out of flat sheet material and rolling it into a cylinder, we were able to cut a singe piece of tube stock into the exact component in one step! This saved a great deal of time by reducing extra processes.

Save Materials
By using a perfectly-sized tube component for the body of the cylinder, we were able to reduce the amount of materials needed to create the part. Cutting a flat sheet and rolling it to form the cylinder creates unnecessary waste that can be eliminated with the tube laser cutting process.

Save Money
Since the piece of tube stock was already a precise, solid cylinder, there was no need to perform additional welding and finishing processes. With no need to weld a vertical seam to finish the cylinder, we were able to greatly reduce the per piece cost of this part.
