Employee Safety Training Day 2019
We recently held our annual safety training day at our Honey Brook, PA facility. Each year we gather our entire BenCo team and get together to review the latest safety procedures and reinforce the culture of safety we have at both of our shops.
The day’s presentation was led by Tony Samento, president of Samento Training Systems. His seminar helps employees understand the value of a safe working environment so they can keep themselves and their coworkers safe.
Our safety culture is one of the primary ways we’re able to consistently design, cut, fabricate and deliver the highest quality parts to our customers.
